As a select-risk company, concerned about your safety, we hope you are never involved in an accident. However, we understand sometimes events occur that are out of your control. These times are often stressful and frustrating, which is why we want to keep things simple by letting you know what you should do in the case of an unfortunate event. |

Remain Calm
We understand you are likely upset, but remain calm. The first thing you should do is be certain that you are safe from imminent danger. Immediately call or have someone nearby call any appropriate emergency services in the event that they are needed. If possible, obtain a police report at the scene. |
Never Admit Fault
Make sure you obtain the names, license information, contact information, and insurance information of all other parties involved, and/or any witnesses available. Don't forget to obtain the insurance policy number, company name, and agent number (if applicable). |
Call a Claim Specialist

(1-866-469-6784) to report the incident. Be sure to have the facts you obtained at the scene of the accident. |
Be Patient
Be patient as sometimes an investigation is required.If an adjuster is required to settle your claim, a local independent adjuster will be assigned to your case. The adjuster should be in contact with you within 48-72 hours after you report the accident to us. |
Avoid Accidents Before They Happen
Most importantly, try to avoid accidents before they happen by planning your route ahead of travel, and driving carefully. Fewer claims directly benefit our ability to keep your premiums lower. |
