In the case of an accident...
Naturally, our first thought is that of your safety. Please proceed with the following steps only if you are physically able:
- Remain calm and remember we are here to help you.
- Gather the names, addresses, phone numbers, drivers license numbers and complete insurance information (including all policy numbers) from all parties involved. If the police respond, obtain the police report number, as well.
- Call the Claims Department at 1-800-772-7424 X-1726, to report the accident. A representative will provide appropriate directions and answer any of your questions.
- If an adjuster is required, you will be contacted within 24 hours after your claim has been reported. Please try and be patient, an investigation may be required in some cases.
- If an adjuster is not necessary, your claim representative will assist you in getting your claim processed as quickly as possible.
